Refund policy

At Luna Sage Designs we are a small business focused on handcrafting items for you to bring into your home.  Because these items are hand crafted and not manufactured in an industrial setting, minute imperfections may be noted and will not be considered defects.  All sales are considered final.

We do want to make sure you're receiving high quality products.  All products are inspected and hand packed before shipping.  Please see the Damages and Issues section below in regards to damaged items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will expect images of the defect, including packaging images if the item was damaged in transit.  Contact thelunasagedesigns@gmail.com and include your name and order number along with a description of the issue.  We will then assess for a refund.  Because our items are often one-of-a-kind, we are unable to complete exchanges.

Returns

Upon determining you are eligible for a refund we will determine if the item must be returned prior to refund.  If the item must be returned we will supply you with a shipping address and a notify you of the carrier through which to send the item back.  Please do not ship any items back to us without confirmation we will be accepting the return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
